Free entrance for refugees

Dear guests from the Ukraine and other countries, who are seeking refuge here,

here in the tri-country corner on the Neisse River, May 17-22, is an international film festival, the 19th Neisse Film Festival. There are over 90 films in the program – feature films, documentaries and short films, for adults and children. There are also concerts – including DAKHABRAKHA from the Ukraine. The films and events take place in towns such as Zittau, Görlitz, Zgorzelec, Ebersbach, Großhennersdorf, Bautzen, Weißwasser, Löbau, Mittelherwigsdorf, Varnsdorf, Liberec, Hradek nad Nisou and Rumburk – as you can see, towns in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic.

We want to invite you warmly to all of these films and events, offering free admission. Naturally only if there is still space available in the cinemas! At the ticket counter, please simply show your passport or another document indicating your status.
